How can I sign up for a ZapSign plan?
To subscribe to a plan, simply choose your desired plan on our website or directly on our platform. To subscribe, create an account or log in to your existing account. Then, go to the side menu under Settings > Plans and Prices.
You can pay by credit card, bank slip, or PIX (Brazilian instant payment system) and have the option to choose between monthly, annual, or installment plans.

How are documents stored?
We will store your documents on our platform for at least 5 (five) years. In addition, we send a copy attached to your email whenever the document is completed.
You can also download every document generated on the platform and store it locally on your computer or in the cloud (e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.) as long as you want.
