Symplifica improves the employment relationship between employers and workers by offering secure processes that comply with Colombian labor regulations. They provide a service that allows employers to enroll their workers in social security entities and manage the corresponding payments to these organizations easily. Since Symplifica acts on behalf of a third party to enroll workers, it requires employer approval through a contract. ZapSign became Symplifica’s ally by digitizing the signing of these agreements while ensuring the required legal validity.
