How can I purchase a plan?
The purchase of a plan is made through our website, by credit card. To buy a plan, create an account or sign into your account. Next, go to the side menu under Settings > Plan and Billing.
Can the annual plan payment be split?
No, it is not possible. In this case, you should choose the monthly plan.
Can I cancel whenever I want without a penalty?
Yes, it is possible to cancel any ZapSign plan whenever you want, through the website, and without penalty.
What is the legal validity of the electronic signature via ZapSign?
ZapSign is up-to-date with international and regional regulations regarding electronic signatures. The signature is legally valid in the US, EU, Latin America, with few exceptions.
What is the difference between signer and user?
The signer is the person who signs a document with ZapSign (it is not necessary to have an account or log in to sign documents). The user is who has access to an account and can create and send documents.
Do all users have access to all documents on my account?
You can set the access level for each user of your account. You can choose whether the user will have access to all documents in the account or just the documents he/she has created.

How are documents stored?
We will store your documents on our platform for at least 5 (five) years. In addition, we send a copy attached to your email whenever the document is completed. You can also download every document generated on the platform and store it locally on your computer or in the cloud (e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.) as long as you want. Our servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services and we do not have access to the content of your documents.
